We are a waste management company, treating waste generated by cleaning and industrial activity. In some cases, we recover them.
They come from industry in general and FMCG as suppliers to retailers.
The idea is to have a system to be able to consider the best quality waste that our customers send us.
HOW COULD WE...?
To monitor our clients' operations, on how their waste management procedures are, in order to find out the most efficient operations.
The important KPIs to be monitored will be defined with the solver.
It would be valuable to take advantage of AI resources and their learning.
